Opportunity at Coral FNLG for Accountant Trainee

Role:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, will support Finance Team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of invoices received, corresponding to contracts in SAP; 
• Monitoring of invoice approvals in conjunction with different Departments; 
• Assist in the management of contracted companies in invoice payment issues; 
• Keep accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions; 
• Assist in the calculation and recognition of amortization, depreciation, capitalization, etc.; 
• Assist in month end closing; Assist in preparing and reconciling relevant reports such as Balance Sheet.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Accountant, Economics, Finance or Management; 
• 2 years' experience in a similar position.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written); 
• Highly organized; 
• Proactiveness and ability to work under pressure and deliver in tight deadlines Energetic and hands-on approach; 
• Team member with high level of responsibility; 
• Excellent communication.
