The primary responsibility of this position is to organize warehouse activities and to lead the warehouse crew. In an operational region, coordinate stock administration activities in accordance with established rules, methods, and procedures. Assuring that inventory is kept in excellent order and in good shape while ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction to your team members and ensuring delivery against plans, as well as providing guidance and coaching to individual team members and building a culture of continuous improvement. You will report to the Supply Team Lead:

• Observe operations to ensure that warehouse processes adhere to internal policies and HSE regulations.
• To ensure excellent warehouse operating services, develop and maintain positive connections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve warehouse operations by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Keep track of the goods and materials you've received.
• Perform quality inspections on goods and make it easier for maintenance employees to schedule technical inspections.
• Picking, consolidating, packing, and pickup or delivery to unloading points to ensure on-time delivery of materials for planned and scheduled work.
• Materials should be collected and sent to suppliers for repair, overhaul, return, or disposal on a regular basis.

Requirements

Serious candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or an equivalent degree, as well as at least three years of experience working in an industrial setting. It's a plus if you've worked in a warehouse or in logistics. It is necessary to be able to converse in English (both verbally and in writing).
