Job Description
The Health Collaboration Center (CCS), intends to hire one (1) Human Resources Advisor for the City of Maputo.
General Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese;
Communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
Ability to work autonomously and responsibly;
Oriented towards results, dynamism, integrity, and ethics;
Ability to plan, conduct, document all activities and report;
Solid computer base – proficiency in Microsoft Office from the user's point of view.
Requirements:
Degree or master's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Management, Sociology and areas of human sciences;
Minimum of 10 years working in the management area and 5 years in specific HR management;
Good computer skills, namely: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook in the user's perspective, Excel, intermediate and advanced level;
High ability to work under pressure;
Proven leadership skills;
Ability to prepare high-standard reports in Portuguese and English.
