REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in management, accounting, or a similar field is the minimum requirement;
• A minimum of four years of proven professional expertise in the technical fields of insurance;
• Knowledge of leading and managing teams;
• High level of accountability;
• High level of professionalism;
• Meticulousness;
• High analytical capacity, creativity, and initiative;
• A capacity for pressured labour;
• Interpersonal communication abilities;
• Being able to multitask;
• The capacity to operate independently;
• The capacity to handle challenging insurance situations;
• Portuguese and English are both fluent (spoken & written).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage the insurance department's employees and help with new insurance applications and renewals;
• Maintain low loss ratios; 
• Ensure that client service is of the highest caliber;
• To guarantee adherence to internal and external policies, conduct audits;
• Execute insurance-related tasks as required, such as processing claims, invoices, and policy modifications.
