Job Opportunity Senior Help Desk Analyst
Direccione Consultants is recruiting a Senior Help Desk Analyst for a multinational company that is operating in Mozambique for over 25 years.
Job Duties
- Train users on Office applications (excel, word, outlook);
- Maintain and update monthly an inventory (asset register) of all equipment in use and damaged;
- Directs and oversee resolutions to LAN Administrator;
- Control equipment entering or leaving the centre and ensure correct documentation completed;
- Troubleshoot Fiber link;
- Monitoring of the SERVER ROOM and the whole equipment in side. Ensure that the temperature inside is the one required for the better performance of the servers;
- Ensure that the computers have been used by authorized person (with the AutopilotITSM correctly filled and signed by his/her HOD);
- Periodically audit to ensure if the users have the correct software's and applicable with the required;
- Installation and support of application used in different areas, such as DAA (AutoCAD, Model Maker, canepro, automatic weather station, SAP) Factory (Exaquantum, Track Scale, LIMS, AutoCAD, SAP, TimeGeunis, TurnStyle, CCTV System ) SHE (Spiro meter, audiometer) DAE (SAP, Accpac, Canepro for WAGES, Telephone System);
- Ensure the AutoPilot System is up to date, in terms of terminated employees;
- Management of Printers in the Domain using NDD System;
- Management of Primavera System.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology;
- Minimum 7 years' experience in similar position and more than 3 years in a senior management or leadership role;
- Experience working as a Network Administrator;
- Skilled in organizing IT resources and establishing priorities for various departments.
