The Cartrack is recruiting at moment a Sales Manger to Maputo.
Responsibility:
- The primary goal of this position is to manage the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) in a given area/region to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- The effectiveness of this function depends on mentoring the team to generate new business, creating objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of the RMs.
- In order to market Cartrack's Fleet Management Solution and VAS, gather competitive information as well as industry trends and network with potential customers and business partners.
- Achieve CRM goals and make use of the system to improve sales results.
- Develop the skills and procedures needed to build an effective and efficient sales force;
- Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets.
Requirements:
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Previous management and coaching experience with a sales team;
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization in a credible and successful manner;
- Solution orientated;
- Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from start to finish;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Strong bargaining skills and a high level of EQ;
- Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level;
- CRM applied experience.
