The Cartrack is recruiting at moment a Sales Manger to Maputo.

Responsibility:

  • The primary goal of this position is to manage the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) in a given area/region to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • The effectiveness of this function depends on mentoring the team to generate new business, creating objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of the RMs.
  • In order to market Cartrack's Fleet Management Solution and VAS, gather competitive information as well as industry trends and network with potential customers and business partners.
  • Achieve CRM goals and make use of the system to improve sales results.
  • Develop the skills and procedures needed to build an effective and efficient sales force;
  • Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets.

Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Previous management and coaching experience with a sales team;
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization in a credible and successful manner;
  • Solution orientated;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from start to finish;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
  • Strong bargaining skills and a high level of EQ;
  • Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level;
  • CRM applied experience.
