KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create and implement a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy.
- Assist with all internal and external communications on a daily basis;
- Determine the most important themes and concerns to be addressed;
- Determine the most effective internal and external communication channels;
- Analyze audience demands in order to target communications through the most appropriate and suitable methods;
- Deliver and ensure that written, verbal, and digital communications are of high quality;
- Execution of the local brand plan, covering the hinterland and other areas influenced by the DP World Maputo strategy;
- To guarantee local alignment, work closely with the brand and communication team at the Regional Office (RO).
- Understands essential media and communication guidelines;
- Create excellent communication briefs that reflect pertinent information;
- To ensure that all internal communications — content and channels – are consistent, and adherence to global branding and communication standards;
- To maintain and grow the intranet and webpage, including sourcing, generating, and repurposing content in order to keep the platform new and promote interaction;
- Produce activities and tools in collaboration with designers, authors, editors, and other creative personnel;
- Develop brand awareness in accordance with the company's goals and objectives;
- Determine target markets and their unique qualities in order to enhance business by broadening the attractiveness of the DP World brand.
- Ascertain that materials are developed and distributed in accordance with agreed-upon schedules;
- Coordinate the manufacture of brand materials and objects for internal and external use and distribution;
- Maintain relationships with companies who supply communication and branding products;
- Manage relationships and material for external communication outlets including newspapers, radio, and others;
- Assist the management staff in any way you can.

Test
- Conduct a functional test on the latest releases.
- Perform usability and performance testing prior to releasing a new development; do user acceptability testing to guarantee that the program can be used easily, swiftly, and accurately.
- To fulfill the needs of consumers, develop and implement testing methodologies for new and existing products.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in communication is required.
- Preference for people with experience managing and implementing communication. a minimum of three years
- Management experience with intranets and internal communication channels
- Extensive experience in managing external communication as well as creating content for technology channels
- Extensive brand execution experience
- Language abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
