Description
The holder of this role will be responsible for supporting the agency's management to achieve the company's objectives by the Regional and Retail Operations strategy.
Requirements
Have one (1) year of management experience;
Mastery of the English Language in Writing and Speaking;
Diploma, Licentiate or Level 4 NQF (Professional Training);
1 year of sales management experience;
1 year of cash management experience;
1 year working in the Gaming and Betting Industry;
Valid driving licence.
Responsibilities
Agency development
Management of the achievement of goals and development of the agency, by operational procedures.
Agency Management and Logistics
Manage agency expenses and budget to ensure greater profitability – manage monthly expenses;
Manage the branch's cash according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks, theft/fraud:
Ensure that documents relating to daily Banking are submitted to the Local Manager:
Ensure adherence to credit card and EFT administration policies, when applicable;
Notify the Agency's management, the cashier, and the Regional Manager about the deficit, and coordinate the recovery process;
Control the availability of the Agency's stock to ensure that there is sufficient supply (neither over nor under;
Make the weekly inventory to check for lack of supply:
Manage all security aspects of the Agency
