Job Description

Contact is recruiting for its client, a prestigious company operating in the telecommunications area, a retail store assistant (m/f) for Maputo.

Occupation:

You will be responsible for listening carefully to the customer to identify their needs;

Be aware of all products on sale in stores to help customers make informed purchasing decisions;

Provide high-quality service and ensure the customer's complete understanding of the products and services;

Provide formal guidance and support to customers at all stores when needed and utilize product-specific knowledge to provide solutions to customers.

Requirements:

Medium Level or equivalent;

Previous customer service experience is an advantage;

Basic knowledge of mathematics and computing;

Good customer service skills;

Good communication skills to identify customer needs, and use product knowledge to provide solutions;

Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency in each work shift;

Take proactive steps to make improvements based on practical experience;

Knowledge of multiple languages, including local languages, is an advantage.
